Luncheon Party Menu
Our restaurant offers an ideal setting for many informal luncheon occasions and small groups. The sample luncheon menus displayed here are very much a "Taste of Ulster " and we have served similar menus over the years to visitors from all over the world with great success. Our menus are not served as a choice menu - each guest will be offered the same dish - and are mostly priced around £17.45 (2 courses and coffee), inclusive of printed souvenir menu cards (minimum number of 20 guests).

Braised steak in Guinness
tender pieces of Co Antrim beef in rich onion gravy served with champ potatoes and buttered cabbage
Iced brandysnap basket
filled with honeycomb and St Brendans ice cream and pooled with a Bushmills whiskey toffee sauce
Menu B
Pot of chicken liver pate
served with oatcakes and a redcurrant sauce
Baked fillet of salmon
simply served on a creamy butterbean and smoked bacon casserole topped with crispy leeks
Sticky toffee pudding
with a rich toffee sauce and fresh cream

Char grilled breast of chicken
set on a warm salad of baby potatoes, chorizo sausage, roasted red pepper and baby onions, edged with a rocket and sage pesto
Forest berry and vanilla creme brulee
accompanied by oatmeal shortbread
Menu D
Irish stew
a very traditional dish featuring potatoes with tender pieces of North Antrim lamb, carrots, leeks and celery. Accompanied by wheaten and soda bread
Chocolate and raspberry torte
pooled with a fresh berry coulis
